I have used many different amla supplements over the years with mixed results. This one seems to be in the 'plus' category. I like the idea of taking amla with piperine to boost absorption of amla. Not much more to say, other than - would recommend it and buy it again as it comes from a trusted source with over 7 decades of expertise.
